House Rules
- You must be 25 years of age or more to book this property.
- Booking guest must be in residence for the entire reservation. We do not allow bookings for others; the primary guest must book through their own Airbnb account.
- Pet fee is $100 for up to 2 dogs 20lb or under.
- Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding and must be kenneled if left alone.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool.
- Pets must be cleaned up after properly in the yard. Supplies are available at the house.
- We do not CHECK-IN OR CHECK-OUT on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or Easter.
- All guests are required to obey direction and instruction provided by the property manager. No guest shall interfere with the property manager in the event of House Rules violations.
- Only the guests listed on the original reservation are allowed at the property. - No unauthorized extra guests are allowed. Please let us know if you have questions prior to booking.
- Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Excessive disturbances to the neighborhood reported to the property manager, and/or directly to local authorities requiring Police interaction may result in immediate eviction of all guests from the property.
- No smoking anywhere on the property inside or out.
- No events or parties.
- No parking in the grass, only in the driveway.
- No parking in the street. Please make advanced arrangements with your group concerning the number of vehicles at the property. Vehicles reported as parked in unauthorized places as mentioned above may be towed and/or impounded by local authorities at owner’s, rental agreement lease holders’ expense.
- Waste and recycle materials must be disposed in the proper receptacles. All waste must be properly bagged and placed in the appropriate collection container.
- The property manager must be contacted immediately with all concerns related to waste and recycling.
- Damages and breakage, or inoperable home systems, due to guest actions or not, must be reported immediately to the property manager.
- Airbnb processes and policies, as administered through their Resolution Center, will be followed to report and seek resolve for damage and/or breakage claims under all circumstances.
- Unreported issues or guest damages will be charged at full repair or replacement cost, as evaluated by a licensed professional, to the booking guest.
- Reported issues will be addressed immediately to ensure your safety and continued enjoyment of the property during your stay. While professional repair will be immediately scheduled, such action will occur as repair personnel are available. In circumstances where professionals may need to enter the home, guest will be notified as appropriate, of their presence on the property, inside or out.
GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ATTEMPT REPAIRS IN ANY MANNER. Exception: It may be that the guest will be asked to turn a valve or other simple task to prevent further damage, until assistance arrives. This is only as authorized or directed by the property manager.
