Welcome and Thank You for Choosing Our Home for Your Stay! 
 
To ensure both your peace of mind and the care of our property during your visit, we have implemented the following damage deposit policy. This policy is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring that all guests can enjoy their stay with confidence. 
 
Damage Deposit: 
 
A refundable damage deposit of $250 is required for all bookings. This deposit is due along with your final payment, 30 days before your arrival date. 
 
Purpose of Deposit: 
The deposit is held as a security measure to cover any accidental damages, excessive cleaning required beyond the normal scope, or any other charges incurred during your stay as outlined in our rental agreement. 
 
Inspection: 
Upon your departure, the property will be inspected for damages. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your cooperation in reporting any incidents during your stay. 
 
Refund Process: 
Should there be no damages, the full amount of your damage deposit will be refunded to you within 7-14 days of your checkout date. 
In the event of damages, we will provide an itemized list of repairs or replacements required, along with the costs. The appropriate amount will be deducted from your deposit before the remainder is refunded to you. We strive to be fair and transparent in this process, ensuring that charges only reflect actual costs. 
 
Payment and Refund Method: 
The damage deposit can be paid through the same payment method used for your booking. Refunds will be issued through the same method to ensure a smooth transaction.

Should you have any questions about this policy or wish to discuss any potential issues during your stay, please feel free to contact us. We are here to assist and ensure your stay is enjoyable and worry-free.

Please note, our pool is designed for an open and uninterrupted experience and does not include a safety fence. We kindly remind our guests to ensure their children are supervised at all times to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

For our littlest guests, we're delighted to offer 2 high chairs and a pack and play, making family stays both comfortable and convenient.

Yes, we accept small dogs under 20 lbs. Pets are not allowed in the pool  or an additional fee of $200 will be assessed for pool maintenance. 

For your peace of mind, we have a security camera located at the front door, in compliance with short-term rental policies. Rest assured, this is the only camera on the premises, ensuring your privacy and security throughout your stay.

We believe families should have a home away from home to fulfill their vacation dreams. We provide a pet friendly single family home with all the amenities one would expect for a home away from home with spacious accommodations and entertainment options so that they return year after year.
